Digital Product Licensing
All Ark Audio products, including the Ad Lib plugin, are delivered as digital downloads. Once a plugin is downloaded and activated, the license is marked as used.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
• You purchased by mistake and have not downloaded or activated the plugin.
• You faced a technical issue that support could not resolve.
No Refunds on Activated Licenses
Once a license is activated, refunds are not provided unless the product is defective and cannot be fixed or supported.
Exceptions & How to Request
Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases or billing errors after review. Chargebacks without contacting support may end your license.
To request a refund, email support@arkaudio.io with your full name, purchase email, order number, and reason.
Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the payment method used.
