1. Acceptance & Ownership
By using Ark Audio or purchasing digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
All content—including the Ad Lib plugin, branding, visuals, audio demos, UI designs, and code—belongs exclusively to Ark Audio and is protected by law.
Any unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
2. License & Limitations
Each purchase grants one non-transferable license for personal or commercial music production. You cannot resell, distribute, or share our plugin or license key.
Violating license terms may result in access revocation.
3. Payment, Subscriptions & Termination
Provide accurate billing info at checkout. All payments are secure. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Ark Audio can terminate access for violations, at which point all granted licenses are revoked.
4. Disclaimers & Governing Law
All Ark Audio products are provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for any loss, damage, or system issues from use or misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. All disputes fall under Texas jurisdiction.
